Would never use again
Would never use again. Had a stabiliser link fitted in Nov 2021, well I thought I did given that’s what I paid for. Had a problem with handbrake in April 2022 and was told it needed a part only available from the Peugeot dealership. Lichfield sent me out with a handbrake that was worse than I went in with and was told it was because I needed a part. I took the car to a local garage and no part was needed only an adjustment. Just been back to the same local garage and had 2 new stabilisers fitted. Lichfield have ripped me off twice. Would never go there again and yes the part I paid for in November should still be under guarantee but there is no way I was going back. An absolute disgrace of a garage. Will be telling friends and family to avoid.
Mobile tyre fitting
Well I received an email giving me a time that the fitter was attending which I didn’t mind , but it wasn’t a call as informed on the booking . The guy took his time , and I’m very happy with my new tyres .
The only negative is that I heard him swearing , possibly because I live in a narrow road and he had to park across the road from the car and it can be a busy road .

Cancelled appointment
I specifically took the day off to have tyres fitted at home as it's easier than going to the workshop and .................the appointment was cancelled. Also took my nearly 30 minutes to ring the call centre. Not impressed.

Had a puncture 6 months ago and they fitted a run flat tyre without my knowledge e.g. mixed the front tyres
today went for 3 new tyres but they advised me that the run flat needed to be changed as well to match and be safer. Asked for Perelli tyres did not have them in stock yet earlier in the day on the web site "in stock"
No not go to this outfit they do not have much of a clue to fit tyres or use computers service a disgrace

Had tyres fitted by the mobile service. Tom arrived on time and was very professional, carried out the fitting of the tyres swiftly & efficiently, A credit to Kwik Fit

Mobile Tyre Fitting Service
Needing to replace a deflating tyre (..slow puncture ), I looked around for a mobile fitting option as I could not drive to any centre. I contacted Kwik Fit via the on-line service and was able to book a convenient slot at my home for the tyre to be replaced. I should also add that Kwik Fit were the only operator where I was able to specify my specific tyre size/type. The fitter duly turned up, explained what he would do, and even offered me the option to have my existing tyre repaired instead (..after identifying the source of the puncture ). Everything was effected in a timely and courteous manner. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

Replaced two tyres on my sons motability vehicle failed to secure front offside wheel cap..fell off same day and lost.promised a call and compensation of £ 49.99p.the silence is deafing

Cannot fault the service
Cannot fault the service. I needed two new tyres and for the same price as taking my car in, I got a next day appointment at home, a half day time slot, and all I needed to do was hand over my keys when the tech arrived. Professional from start to finish, I got a full report on the condition of all four tyres within five minutes of the tech leaving. Very impressed.
